Return and Exchange Policy


The last thing we want is a dissatisfied customer. We aim to design and deliver belts, bags, and accessories that will facilitate both fashion and function in your life.
If you are anything less than thrilled with your purchase, we grant you the option within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, store credit, or for an exchange to be made.
We want to raise the bar with our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy to be as clear, concise, and hassle-free as can be.
Simple steps to complete an exchange or return:
  1. Please contact us by emailing, YRILifestyleCollection@gmail.com and let us know your name, order number and whether you are looking to do an exchange or a return for a full refund or store credit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.  
  2. Your full refund will be processed and returned to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as we receive your return.  Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to return into your account.  If you choose to do store credit, be sure to make an account through our website if you haven’t already done so, and we will grant you the amount following a confirmation email to verify.
  3.  Products must be unused and in original form for us to accept the return. The Lifestyle Collection by YRI has the right to reject any returns if they do not comply with the conditions stated. If the return is rejected, the order will be sent back at the customer's expense.  If it is simply a sizing issue, color change or something in that fashion, we will be happy to accept exchanges. The best way to do this transaction online is if we refund the original payment with store credit on your account for credit to purchase your new product.
If you are returning because an item is faulty, please call or email to let us know immediately so we can make it right for you as soon as possible!
